3 Account Registration and Security

3.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

4 Deposit and Withdrawal
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bgd33 apps currently supports the most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for both deposits and withdrawals. There may be a requirement to use the same method for both deposit and withdrawal. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The minimum amount for withdrawals is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Deposit or withdrawal requests below these amounts will not be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Successfully submitted withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification is pending or unusual activity is suspected.
4.4 Source of Funds
The user confirms that deposited funds are from a lawful source. If money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bgd33 apps offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,500. Wagering conditions must be met to withdraw the bonus: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Therefore, for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total wager of ৳30,000 is required.
5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions
Bonuses are given based on specific conditions. It may not be possible to activate another bonus while one bonus offer is active. Placing bets with bonus balance on certain games may be restricted. Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
5.3 VIP Cashback
bgd33 apps VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. Bronze level receives up to 0.3%, Silver level up to 0.7% and Gold level up to 1.0% weekly cashback. For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback applies.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
Abuse of the bonus system is strictly prohibited. This includes claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, using strategies to bypass bonus conditions and coordinating in groups to collect bonuses. In any case of abuse, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
bgd33 apps reserves the right to cancel any bet without reason, particularly if the bet was accepted due to a technical error, incorrect odds display or system fault. In such cases the stake will be returned, but no winnings based on incorrect odds will be payable.
6.2 Maximum Winnings Limit
A maximum winnings amount may be set for each game or betting event. This limit may vary depending on the type of game or event. bgd33 apps is not obligated to pay amounts beyond this limit.
6.3 Sports Betting
For sports betting, if a bet is not confirmed before the match begins, the stake will be returned. If a match is abandoned or does not finish within the scheduled time, bgd33 apps will determine the result according to specific rules. In live betting, odds change rapidly and may change before a bet is confirmed.
6.4 Computer-Controlled Games
Results of slots, virtual games and other RNG-based games are entirely random. A game cannot be cancelled once it has started. If a game result is affected by a display or connection issue, the server record will be considered final.
7 Fair Use Policy
7.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and if detected, the account may be cancelled and the balance forfeited:

8 Account Closure and Suspension
